A fun day was had by all at our latest “Cake & a Cuppa” afternoon with our special guest the Mayor of Barnsley.
The Corridor exhibition space and revamped studio at the home of artist and sculptor Michelle Clarke-Stables was formally re-opened by the Mayor.
Local pen and ink artist Mark Evans was exhibiting some of his work in The Corridor which was enjoyed by everyone who attended.
We had a lovely afternoon eating delicious cake donated by some talented cake-baking supporters including the lovely T Pot Café.
We also enjoyed listening to gorgeous music provided by Barnsley-based musician Hayley Youell.
Thanks to the generosity of the cake bakers, those who enjoyed eating the cakes, buying raffle tickets and some additional donations we made a profit of £226.46.
