As the nights draw in we’ve been remembering some fantastic summer days.
A long weekend of sunshine in July 2017 saw us having a great time at Underneath The Stars Festival at Cannon Hall Farm in Cawthorne.
We offered three days of sculpture workshops with local sculptor Michelle Clarke-Stables who was ably accompanied by local musician Hayley Youell. And we enjoyed talking to lots of festival-goers telling them all about EnRich.
We loved hearing the children’s section of Barnsley Youth Choir singing at the festival on the very day that the senior choir were performing in Riga and winning more medals! (We were very proud to have provided a grant to help them on their way).
Listening to some fantastic performers and joining in the various workshops from drumming to ukulele made it a special weekend and we loved a surprise visitor to our stall – none other than Jason Manford!
The weekend ended with a fabulous performance by one of our Patrons Kate Rusby who was celebrating an incredible 25 years in the industry.
